FITNESS IN 2020-methods to remain fit at home

As we are getting busy day by day with increasing work load,there are number of ways through which we can stay fit while being at home or without paying regular subscription for gym.Some of these methods are discussed below

TREADMILL



Treadmill is the best way to remain fit and healthy while being in doors. It is the best equipment for exercising one can have inside their house which can help people for walking and jogging.

In India with the deterioting quality of air and increasing amount of air pollution, it is not advisable to perform outdoor activities as people have started suffering from various sorts of hazardous diseases most commonly being chronic and heart diseases, it is not advisable to walk or jog outdoor everyday, therefore treadmill fits into the purpose perfectly.

Now a days companies are providing various types of features which person can check before buying,Some are foldable and some measure pulse rate and so on.

FITNESS BAND 



Fitness band is one of my favourite methods to remain fit and healthy. It is the band which you wear on your wrist which helps you to measure each and every activity you perform throughout the day,thus helps you to gather complete information about how much exercise/activities you need to perform to achieve your every days desired goal.

It is a great gadget as it offers you various parameters to monitor your daily fitness such as heart health by reading your pulse.

RESISTANCE BAND

Resistance is elastic band which help you to increase your muscle strength and helps you to tone your muscle.You can perform full body exercises with to help of resistance band.
It is very user friendly as it is light weighted and portable. While travelling you don't need to miss your exercising routine
It comes in different colours  and each colour represents various levels of difficulty while you exercise
